Terminal Guardians are Channel/Network Operators.
They can edit Realm Parameters.

Terminal Knights are Guardians in training.
They have lower level perms than the Terminal Knights and Guardians.

[+]　- Trusted Users
Trusted Users are like Voiced people on IRC.
They do not have Operator powers, but are generally trusted.

The Users can access and create channels.
